It's true! My parents own a two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the same building as the Joy Coastal condo. Their condo, also known as Emerald Belle View, is on the 6th floor of the E building at the Dunes of Panama in Panama City Beach, FL. You might remember that the Joy Coastal condo is on the 7th floor of the E building at the Dunes of Panama. So, these two condos are conveniently close to each other. Each condo sleeps six people comfortably (12 between the two condos). Together they are an ideal solution for larger groups who want to vacation together!

These sister condos are Gulf-front, and both boast direct views of the water and access to 1500 ft of sugary sand beaches at the Dunes of Panama.
